I started out with green veggies because I believe them to be your best options in cellulite reducing foods. However, that’s not to say that other vegetables should be left out or that they are lacking in value.

Pretty much any fresh vegetable you can think of will help you reduce the amount of cellulite on your body. The key is to eat large quantities of vegetables without the heavy sauces, gravies and dressings.

Try a low fat or fat free type of dressing for your veggies and drizzle it lightly rather than drowning your vegetables.

Eat More Fruit

Fresh fruit is always a better option for treating a sweet tooth than candies, cookies, pastries or ice cream. Try adding more fresh fruit to your diet by replacing those high sugar low nutrient breakfast cereals with a plate full of fresh fruit and an ounce or two of almonds or walnuts.

That will not only power you through your morning without the mid morning energy crash, but will give your body a good dose of early morning fiber, vitamins and enzymes that will kick start the cellulite removal process.
